A writ of Mandamus is sought directing official respondent Nos.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the instance of respondent No.6.

In respect of his grievance, the petitioner is stated to have already made a representation dated 05.10.2019 (P.6) addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Nuh-respondent No.3 but no action thereon has yet been taken.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by him in the application (P.6) and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
