(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition at this stage as the trial is virtually at its fag end and that the petitioner's counsel shall address arguments as and when directed by the trial Court. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The counsel representing the petitioner before the trial Court to address arguments as and when directed by the trial Court. The trial Court to take all necessary steps for expeditious conclusion of trial which is stated to be at the stage of recording defence evidence qua the petitioner.
