Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).

Moreover, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that since the Final Report was filed way back in October, 2022, therefore, the learned trial Court concerned may be directed to expedite the conclusion of trial, consequently the learned trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to expedite the trial proceedings. 5.
