The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 2021. Vide order dated 11.08.2025 notices were issued to the appellants. As per the Office report, notices issued to appellants No.1 and 5 have received back unserved with the report that they are residing abroad. Appellant No.2 stands duly served. However, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the said appellant despite service. Appellant No.3 was not met at the time of service and accordingly affixation was made. Appellants No.4 and 6 are stated to have left the address given. There are no other addresses of appellants No.1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 available with the Court for effecting their service except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by both the Courts concerned.
