The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0161 dated 06.04.2017 registered under Sections 307, 323, 34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala and all consequential proceedings arising out of the said FIR on the basis of compromise dated 01.08.2025.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial has already been culminated and the petitioners have been convicted. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
