Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has informed that the compromise has failed and even the joint divorce petition, filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 05.08.2024, passed by the Family Court, Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to avail remedy as per law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
