The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-3960-2025, whereby direction was issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

In compliance of the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-3960-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 30.03.2026 of Suga E, IFS, Deputy Conservator of Forests, Kurukshetra, along with speaking order dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry. Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to her in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order.
