Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the relief of his being enlarged on regular bail, in case FIR No.147 dated 01.05.2023, under Section(s) 302, 34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Murthal, District Sonipat.

The learned State counsel has filed reply, on affidavit of Sandeep Singh, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Murthal, District Sonipat, which is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition at this stage, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of the trial. 4.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
