(Oral) The petitioner is praying for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents, who are police officials for violation of the direction given in case i.e. "Arnesh Kumar vs State of Bihar and another", passed in Criminal Appeal No.1277 of 2014 in Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No.9127 of 2013. At the first instance, the petitioner has approached the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Ganaur, for redressal of the same grievance and vide order dated 09.11.2021, the application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by passing a detailed order and considering the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar's case (supra), it was held that there is no violation of the judgment. The petitioner, thereafter, preferred a revision before the Court of Sessions, which was dismissed vide order dated 11.03.2022. Instead of challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition, which is not maintainable. Dismissed.
