DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Perusal of the impugned order dated 27.10.2023 (Annexure P-7) alongwith document Anenxure P-8 would reveal that at the time when PW-1 Sarabpal Singh was examined, he was available in the Court through Video Conferencing and his cross-examination was duly conducted by his Advocates Shri Sandeep Sharma and Shri J.S. Malhi, who conducted very lengthy cross-examination. In these circumstances, there is no merit in this petition impugning the order dated 27.10.2023 (Annexure P-7), whereby application of the petitioner to recall PW-1 for the purpose of further cross-examination, has been dismissed.

Dismissed.
