Learned State counsel informed this Court, that during the pendency of the instant petition, after conducting the investigation, final report has been filed, and now the case is pending before the learned trial court concerned, and thereupon, charges have also been framed. Learned State counsel further submits that since the main grievance of the petitioners has been redressed, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
