*** RITU BAHRI, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The appeal is being filed against order dated 02.11.2023 passed by Learned Single Judge in CWP No.24598 of 2023, vide which the said petition was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellants has referred order dated 25.07.2022 (Annexure P-2) with respect to revision of pay of appellant No.6-Nitika Kapoor @ Nitika Singla. The grievance of the appellants is that no order has been supplied with respect to other appellants and the pay has been reduced. Notice of motion.

Mr. Rohit Bansal, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.

Since the order dated 25.07.2022 (Annexure P-2) is already on record whereby pay of appellant No.6-Nitika Kapoor @ Nitika Singla has been re-fixed from 09.07.2012, the present appeal is disposed of; order dated 02.11.2023 is being set aside; the matter is remanded back to the learned Single Bench where the respondents will file the written statements and thereafter, the final order will be passed.
