(Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 06.03.2018 (Annexure P-8), whereby application dated 03.11.2016 filed by the petitioner under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 was dismissed and further prayer has been made in the nature of mandamus to direct respondents No.4 and 5 to vacate the house in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance raised in the petition stands redressed as the property in question has already been vacated by the private respondents. He prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

The prayer is accepted.
