Present petition has been filed praying for releasing detenueNavjot d/o Tarsem Lal, resident of Ward No.6, Village Purhiran, Tehsil and District Hoshiarpur from the illegal custody of respondents No.4 and 5 by appointing a Warrant Officer. It is further prayed that direction be issued to respondents No.2 and 3 to produce the detenue before this Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.
