(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 07.09.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar in case No. MNT125/116/2020 titled as 'Babita Bansal and another vs. Prem Dheeraj', whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 8,000/- p.m. to respondent No.2-minor son alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.5,000/-.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the entire matter stands settled between the parties and they are now living together.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition.
