RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate action against respondent No.5, who is illegally harassing the petitioner and threatening to implicate her in false cases on the basis of fake documents prepared by him. It is further prayed to issue directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to decide and take action on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.10.2024, Annexure P-3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Magistrate under Section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

Allowed as prayed for.
