**** JASGURPREET SINGH PURI, J (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to respondent No.1-State of Haryana to get investigation done by Senior Police Officials posted outside District Fatehabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since now the challan has been presented before the Court and trial has commenced, therefore, he does not want to press the present petition and prays for withdrawal. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
