SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.120, dated 13.12.2022, under Sections 420, 406 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Jhunir, District Mansa, Punjab.

This Court vide order dated 28.12.2022, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 28.12.2022 the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact.
