Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner vide representation (Annexure P-2) sought his release on parole for the eye operation of his father. His representation made on 28.11.2019 (Annexure P-2) has not been decided so far.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent, District Jail, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri to look into the representation (Annexure P-2) of petitioner and take appropriate action as required under law, within four weeks on receipt of copy of this order.
