Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that the FIR in the present case i.e. FIR No.198 dated 03.10.2018 against the petitioners as well as the co-accused, has been quashed vide order dated 23.01.2023 passed by this Court in CRM-M-33856-2020, rendering the present petition infructuous. Copy of the said order has been downloaded from the website which confirms the above said fact.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Keeping in view the submissions made by learned State counsel as well as counsel for respondent No.3, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
