(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.192 dated 22.11.2022, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 26.12.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
