(Oral) Third petition has been filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail pending trial in FIR No.25 dated 16.01.2018, under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from A.S.I. Gurpreet Singh, has apprised the Court that after conclusion of the trial, the petitioner has been convicted and sentenced for a period of 10 years by learned trial Court vide judgment dated 28.01.2021. In view of the above, present petition is rendered infructuous. Disposed off as such.
