(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.119, dated 24.07.2025, under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 304(2), 191(3), 190 and 61(2) of BNS registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

Vide order dated 06.11.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 06.11.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that SONIA BURA 2025.12.05 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-52470-2025 the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant has, however, opposed the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, interim order dated 06.11.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.

Petition stands allowed.
