RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.615 dated 04.07.2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC pertaining to Police Station Hisar City, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 17.11.2018 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.

Pursuant to order dated 21.12.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 11.01.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hisar, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.70 dated 15.01.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Hisar, vide letter No.858 dated 15.01.2019.

According to the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hisar, petitioners have deposited the amount of `15,000/- RAVINDER SINGH 2019.02.05 13:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CRM-M-55077 of 2018 (O&M) in the relevant heads as directed by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2018. Learned Magistrate is satisfied that compromise arrived at between the parties is without any pressure or coercion and same is voluntary one.

Considering the report of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hisar, dated 15.01.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.615 dated 04.07.2018 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
