**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 02.01.2023 a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim bail to the peƟƟoners.

Counsel for the peƟƟoners submits that the peƟƟoners had joined the invesƟgaƟon.

State counsel does not refute this fact but opposes the conƟnuaion of interim bail to the peƟƟoners and seeks cancallaƟon of bail. Counsel for the peƟƟoners further submits that the interim bail should not be cancelled, however, he would have no objecƟon in case any stringent condiƟons this Court might put upon the peƟƟoners.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is allowed and the interim order dated 02.01.2023 is made absolute, subject to the following condiƟon: (i) Given the nature of allegaƟons and the other circumstances peculiar to this case, the peƟƟoners shall surrender all weapons, firearms, ammuniƟon, if any, along with the arms license to the concerned authority within ten days from today and inform the InvesƟgator about the compliance. However, subject to the Indian Arms Act, 1959, the peƟƟoner shall be enƟtled to renew and take it back in case of acquiƩal in this case.
