**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.163 dated 26.08.2019 under Sections 363, 366 IPC registered at Police Station Chhainsa District Faridabad (Annexure P-3) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Dharam Pal, informs this Court that the cancellation report has been filed in the present matter in which learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad has passed the following order:- "The perokar of the PS concerned appeared and stated that despite information, complainant did not appear before the court.

Perusal of the file shows that complainant does not want any legal action in the present case. Hence, the present cancellation report.

Despite several notice, the complainant has not appeared, However, the complainant does not want any DIVYANSHI 2024.11.07 11:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-52856-2019 (O&M) - 2further action in the present case. Hence, the present cancellation report stands disposed of accordingly. Papers be consigned to the record room, after due compliance." Copy of the above said order dated 08.08.2024 has been handed over in Court today and the same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the present petition and the same may be disposed of as such.

Ordered accordingly.
