At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from Lalit Kumar, Assistant, Director Welfare of SC/BC Haryana Chandigarh submits that the present petition be dismissed as having become infructuous, as the petitioner was reinstated on contract basis on the post of Statistical Assistant, vide order dated 06.03.2019 and he joined on 08.03.2019. In view of the statement made above, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
