It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been consistently receiving threats from respondent Nos.4 to 13. - #     there has been dispute between the petitioner and private respondents with respect to a house (details of which have been mentioned in para 2 of the petition). Petitioner instituted a civil suit titled as "Nirmal Kaur Vs. Surinder Singh and others", against the private respondents. Learned trial Court restrained the respondents from interfering in the house and vacant land of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 06.08.2025. Allegation of petitioner is that despite stay order, private respondents are continuously issuing threats to her.
