Learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, apprehend that he will not get favourable order, at this stage, he wishes to withdraw the instant 2nd petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.88 dated 01.03.2023 under Sections 306, 34, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station City Barnala and accordingly withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
