(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in case the impugned orders dated 04.04.2018 (Annexure P-8) and 08.07.2015 (Annexure P-6), are set aside and the suit is tried on merits, instead of compliance of directions contained in order dated 08.07.2015, which was sought to be reviewed.

In view of the above, the impugned orders, under challenge, are set aside and the present revision petition stands disposed of. The trial Court is directed to proceed with the suit, in accordance with law.
