$(  (  ((  . ! %  3!-   !    4 * / '- ( ( ! *   &    Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. He further submits that all the dowry articles including gold jewellery of 3 1⁄2 tolas had been returned.

CRM-M-61165-2022  also present in the Court today and this Court has advised her to settle the disputes amicably and raise her grievances before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court but she refused to do so. In light of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 03.01.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute.
