CRM-M-52514-2025 Learned counsel contends that allegations against the petitioner are of having caused injuries on the leg and arm of the complainant, however, fire-arm injury has been attributed to co-accused, Malkeet Singh @ Baba Duhi, who has been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 18.02.2025 passed in CRM-M-7905-2025, and the matter has since been even compromised. The petitioner is not involved in any other case. He is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. M.S.Bajwa, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1. Mr. Ashutosh Pandey, Advocate, appears for respondent No.2 complainant and affirms the factum of compromise effected between the parties.

CRM-M-52514-2025 (O&M) -2investigation on or before 09.10.2025. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023. However, it is clarified that if the petitioner does not join and cooperate with the Investigating Agency as required by the Arresting/Investigating Officer, this interim order shall be deemed to have been vacated.
