(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of order dated 08.04.2016 passed by ACJM, Gurdaspur as well as order dated 01.02.2017 passed by ASJ, Gurdaspur. On 22.10.2018, this Court passed the following order:- "Proxy counsel seeks time.

If the matter is not argued on the next date of hearing, petition would be dismissed having regard to the date of presentation of the present petition. List this matter on 15.12.2018."

Thereafter, no one appeared on two occasions i.e. 15.12.2018 and 22.07.2022. Today also, no one has chosen to appear on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter further.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
