**** GURBIR SINGH , J. (ORAL) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.89 dated 01.12.2022 under Section 420/120-B IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda (Annexure P-3).

Vide order dated 05.01.2023 the petitioner was granted the interim protection.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Hardeep Singh, 969, Bathinda submits that in compliance of the order dated 05.01.2023 the petitioner has already joined the investigation and he is not required for any custodial interrogation.
