The aforesaid matter was filed on 20.11.2023 by S/Shri Maninder Singh Saini and Prateek Sharma, Advocates. The Registry had raised objection on the case file on 29.11.2023. 2.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/ party, who filed it, to be re-filed within a total period of 40 days. In spite of SMS having been sent at the registered mobile, the same was not taken back for re-filing after removal of objections. On failure, the case is to be listed before the Court for orders.

A note was published by the Registry in the cause list as well as on the website of the Court, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 31.12.2023, for refiling after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of such nature will be listed before Court for appropriate orders.
