Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.79 dated 12.08.2012 (Annexure P1) registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 148 nd 149 of the IPC, at Police Station Sadar, Hoshiarpur, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 18.11.2019 (Annexures P-3).

The case was called twice. None has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Same was the position on the last date of hearing also. 3.

It seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present petition. 4.

In the premise, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.
