Mr. Aman Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Instant revision petition is directed against the order dated 19th of July, 2024 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Fatehgarh Sahib whereby the application filed under Order VII Rule 11 CPC filed by the respondents has been allowed.

Counsel for the petitioner is not in position to dispute that the impugned order passed by the Trial Court allowing the application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC will amount to decree as defined under Section 2(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Thus, the remedy will be to file an appeal (if so advised).

Needless to say, the time spent before this Court be considered by the Appellate Court while considering condonation of delay in terms of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
