**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Aggrieved on being arraigned as an accused on the disclosure statement/extra judicial confession of the main accused, the petitioner has come up before this Court seeking quashing of FIR.

After arguing for some time, petitioner's counsel submits that he would be contented and satisfied in case at the time of framing of charges he is given adequate and ample opportunities to raise all the points including referring judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Tofan Singh V. State of Tamil Nadu (2021) 4 SCC 1. The prayer being innocuous, the same is allowed. Given above, the trial Court shall grant ample opportunity to the petitioner at the time of framing of charges and also consider judgment in the case of Tofan Singh (supra) and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. The trial Court also expedite the hearing on the point of framing of charges.

Present petition stands disposed of.
