(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.282 dated 24.11.2013 under Sections 452, 427, 336, 294, 506, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar and the impugned order dated 16.08.2016 (Annexure P-3) vide which the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State submits that the present FIR stands quashed vide order dated 07.01.2021 passed in CRM-M-35610-2020. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and same stands disposed of.
