(Oral) Prayer in the present 1st petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 563 dated 12.11.2021 under Sections 354-A IPC and 12 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District Mohali (Anexure P-1). There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today, as also on last date of hearing i.e.11.07.2024. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Onkar Singh, informs this Court that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the accused/petitioner has been convicted in the above said FIR for a period of 3 years vide order dated 11.10.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar.
