(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.45 dated 13.02.2019 under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Sections 5 and 6 POCSO Act registered at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal.

Criminal Misc. No. M-52832 of 2019 -2been recorded on 22.01.2020 and thereafter, the case was adjourned to 29.01.2020 and then to 04.02.2020 for defence evidence, if any. Since the case is on the verge of completion of trial, counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage. Dismissed as not pressed.
