(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, praying for issuing appropriate directions to official respondents to initiate legal proceedings against private respondents, who after forcibly entering his house miserably and thrashed him.

Learned counsel refers to copy of the MLR dated 16.03.2025, prepared by Medical Officer, Civil Hospital, Pathankot, wherein the nature and number of injuries have been mentioned.

Insofar as the present petition is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer to direct the official respondents to decide representations dated 05.08.2025 and 26.08.2025 annexed as Annexure P-3 and P4, respectively, moved by the petitioner.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case and in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representations dated 26.08.2025 and 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-4&3), respectively, within a period of three weeks. In case, it is found that there is a genuine allegations levelled in the representation, then necessary steps warranted under law be taken at the earliest.
