RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of regular bail in FIR No.25, dated 15.04.2024, under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Lambra, District Jalandhar Rural.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition, at this stage and the same may be dismissed as such.
