This petition has been filed against the order dated 16.11.2019 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Chandigarh whereby the application filed by the petitioner for recalling the respondent for further cross-examination has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that as the arguing counsel for the petitioner was busy before other bench, the assisting counsel inadvertently did not cross-examine the respondent on certain relevant points. Learned counsel thus, prays for one more opportunity to the petitioner to cross-examine the respondent after summoning the Telecommunication Officer, BSNL subject to payment of costs. In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present revision petition without going into the merits of the case and without issuing notice of motion as it would only delay the proceedings. Accordingly, this revision petition is allowed. The order dated 16.11.2019 passed by the learned Addl.
