The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.31 dated 07.03.2018 under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur (Annexure P-1). 2.
Vide order dated 23.11.2023, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jhirmal Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In light of the above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 23.11.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and PARUL 2024.04.24 10:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 6.
It is made clear that, in case, the petitioners are found involved in any such activity once again, after the grant of this concession, the State is at liberty to promptly move an appropriate application for cancellation of this concession.

It is further made clear that this order shall not be construed as parity qua any other co-accused.
