(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.101 dated 28.06.2025 under Sections 13(1), 13(3), 8, 3 and 17 of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 registered at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 22.09.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 22.09.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
