(Oral) Faced with the ratio decidendi of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in "Ramji Lal Bhairwa Vs. State of Rajasthan 2024 INSC 846, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the withdrawal of the instant petition may not be read as any kind of impediment in the right of the petitioner to challenge the FIR (as also proceedings emanating therefrom) on merits thereof. Ordered accordingly.
