**** AARADHNA SAWHNEY, J. (ORAL) Petitioner, who claims himself to be owner of M/s Dhillon Tour and Travellers, Bhikhi District Mansa, has averred that on 08.01.2025, he had entered into an agreement with respondent Nos.4 & 5 to supply the buses along with drivers and conductors, for transportation of school children. Detailed terms and conditions on which buses were rented out, were also mentioned in the said agreement. It has further been averred by the petitioner that on 19.06.2025, respondent Nos.4 & 5 assaulted the drivers and conductors of 13 buses and snatched the keys from them and since then they have not returned the school buses.

Claiming himself to be transporter by profession, the petitioner has MANOJ KUMAR 2025.09.24 21:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order next averred that on account of such illegal act on the part of respondent Nos.4 &

CRM-M-53835-2025 5, he is suffering huge financial loss as they had taken loan for plying the buses which had to be repaid from the rental income. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint has also been registered on the official portal of Public Grievances Division, Punjab Police but in this regard, but of no avail.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Gautam Thapar, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3-State. 5.

After considering the respective submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation (Annexure P-4), within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law in an expeditious manner.
