(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Surjeet Singh - in case FIR No.54 dated 12.05.2019 registered under Sections 382, 323, 324, 34 IPC at Police Station Giddarbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Surjeet Singh - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 12.12.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
