The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 09.10.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Faridabad whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC was dismissed. However, on the said date, the suit itself was dismissed vide separate judgment and decree dated 09.10.2024. 2.

Faced with the same, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
